Overview
Top level sponsorships will generally include sponsored sessions. Sponsors will need to access the SRC to complete their session details.
Creating Sessions
We import placeholder sessions according to the expected sponsorship benefits grid, then assign them to sponsors as they sign up. Then, sponsors can visit the SRC to update their placeholders with the correct info.
SRC Home Page
Sponsors will use the same SRC as regular session owners. There may be need to change some of the text copy on the SRC so that it relates to sponsors/sponsor speakers (i.e. sponsor session timelines may be different than standard CFC sessions).
SRC Tasks for Sponsors
Session Tasks (for session owner and speaker roles)
There are two standard tasks that sponsors need to complete for each of their sessions:
Complete Sponsored Session Details Sponsors submit their session information - title, abstract, filter tags, etc. Add and Edit your Sponsored Session Speakers Sponsors add speakers, bios, photos, etc. Depending on the event, their may be a need to collect presentation slides. See K23 task:
Upload Final Presentation - PPT and PDF.
Sponsor Speaker Tasks (for lead speaker and co speaker roles)
Sponsor speakers get all the standard speaker tasks. From K23, those were:
Complete speaker bio and job title Speaker agreement acceptance Download session presentation template

Sponsor Session Attendance Leads
Sponsor session attendance scans are considered leads for the sponsor. While sponsor session attendance scans can be added as leads and viewed in the leads portal, the downside is that the leads portal report does not specify which session the lead came from. When sponsors have multiple sessions, this can cause confusion.
For K23, we decided not to add session scans to the leads portal, but to provide them in a separate report that could specify the session that was attended. This report was linked from the ERC.
Note that the report needs to be filtered on Exhibitor ID so that each sponsor can only view their own sessions. See K23 config:
