•Typically includes members of the P4 or executive level, customers, and product demonstrations

•A presentation specific to a line of business that dives deeper from the tone and core messaging of the company set by the Keynote within an event
•Typically includes members of the executive level or senior subject matter expert

Fireside Chat
•An interview format typically with a guest speaker and/or customer. Usually 5-7 questions and may contain supporting graphics and video, but not a PPT presentation

Thought Leadership
•A TEDTalk-style session that is ServiceNow solution and service provider-agnostic. Inclusion of external thought leaders is encouraged
•Intended to deliver outside the box thinking and true innovation that is relatable and thought-provoking

•A presentation on a specific topic or topics that includes multiple presenters and a moderator to facilitate the session discussion. Staffing requirements: (1) Moderator, (4) presenters, max. No more than a total of five presenters is recommended. Live event and Digital platform.
