Check-in Kiosks

The Check-in Kiosks are the computers attendees use onsite to check themselves in on-demand. These Kiosks run RainFocus software that allows the kiosks to talk to the printers when an attendee interfaces with it.
Hardware:
We have been using Surface Pro tablets for our most recent events, but we can use any hardware that is Windows based. This would also include Mac computers running Windows via Bootcamp.
Optical Scanner - each Kiosk also has an optional optical scanner that allows attendees to utilize “Express Check-in”. Before an event, the express check-in QR code is sent to the attendee via RainFocus. By scanning that QR code, they automatically pull up their registration on the Kiosk (no need to type in email).
Onsite Requirements
Each Kiosk used onsite will need the following:
1 power drop
1 network drop (connected to the registration VLAN)
Some sort of counter or stand that can hold the Kiosk. Ideally one that can also lock the device for security.
