Issues can be a problem, an obstacle, a broken system, a missing step in the process, a customer complaint or a grumbling employee.

But not all problems are negative. The problem can also be good. It could be an opportunity for a new product or service that a customer wants, a cost-effective idea, or an error-prevention step for a process. All of these issues are positive, which employees should feel free to suggest.
