Summary


This can be the place where you have a tendency to force the sale, be rushed, and LOSE the sale. At this point, you shouldn’t want to say, ‘ so what do you think, should we start?’’. Your goal should be to find one brand advocate. One person who understands the problem that your product faces and the impact that your tool has. The best way to go about it is to continuously educate and hand-hold your customer into the promise land.
