Adding dates, team members, and recurring topics is currently a manual process, but we've found the process can be done one quarter at a time and isn't too time consuming.

Notes on Meeting Leads

Use commas to separate multiple topics
Change the Lead column to People so you have a list of your team members
We add calendar reminders for meeting leads, but you could instead set up a Slack or email pack with an automation that reminds leads of their upcoming meeting
