Billing

Billing schedule: A billing schedule will be agreed at sign off
Team Confirmation: 30% of the project value (35,000) invoiced at sign off to secure team
Invoice amounts: Invoices will be raised each month, reflecting completed deliverables
Payment terms: Invoices are payable on 30 day terms and paid in GBP

Communication

We prioritise problem-solving and 'doing' over bureaucracy and 'busy-work'. We use technology to keep you informed with progress and our default is little and often rather than death-by-powerpoint.
We've outlined our approach below and if you'd like to change our style or frequency of communication just let us know and we'll revise the customer agreement.
