If the meeting was recorded, we encourage Splunk Ambassadors to post the recording in the

event wrap up⁠

and

Splunk Community Forums.⁠

Once your event recording has been published, we’d love for you to send an email to your event attendees letting them know they can now rewatch the event.

Here is a template example: Hey [First Name],

Thanks so much for joining us at our event! Just wanted to give you a heads up that the recording from [EVENT TITLE] is now published on a past event page and is ready for viewing!

If you haven’t signed up to be a part of our chapter, please do. You’d be the first to find out about future meetings and we’d love to have you.
