Service Contract - UI Design

This Freelance Contract, is entered into and made effective as of Apr 16 2023, by and between Balamurugan M, located at #03112, 11th floor, Sobha Dream Acers, Balgare, Bangalore - 560087, and Sriraksha S, located at “#132, 4th Cross, 2nd Main, 2nd Block, Jnanabharathi BDA Layout, Bangalore 560056”.

Whereas:

Customer has a need for design service for their product

Freelancer has an interest in performing such services for Customer; and

The parties wish to set forth the terms and conditions upon which such services will be provided to Customer;

Now therefore, in consideration of the foregoing, and the mutual promises herein contained, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Services Description

The service is split into 3 milestones. Payments would be done at each milestone. Total of 17k would be paid. Of which 5k would be paid at the beginning of the project, upon signing the contract. Rest to be paid on completion of each milestone.

Milestone 1 : Design Research

Duration: 3 weeks | Payment: 5k (Advance) 2k (completion)

Design research and strategy

Mood board analysis and Competitor analysis for both Mobile and Web UI. Client expects a minimal modern UI design approach

Style guide including Logo, Color, Typography and essential UI Component. A basic version to be created at the beginning and constantly updated as we progress.

Note: Client to share the list of apps for reference.

Milestone 2: IOS & Web App design

Duration: 3 weeks | Payment: 5k (Completion)

IOS App Prototype to be created following IOS design guidelines. Module and overlay screens would be considered screens. The default pricing to include Maximum of 60 screens, For every additional 10 screen client to pay 1200 Rs extra

Android App Prototype to be created following Material design guidelines. Screens count to match similar to the IOS App.

Android App prototype in Figma

IOS App prototype in Figma.

Note: Client will review each deliverable and approve before moving to the next milestone. All design must be done on Figma and shared with the client with edit access.

Milestone 3: Marketing

Duration: 2 weeks | Payment: 5k (Completion)

Click through Web Prototype to be create following the style guidelines finalised by client. Pricing includes Maximum of 40 screens, for every additional 10 screens client to pay 1800 Rs extra

An intuitive Landing Page to be created describing the product features. Maximum of 5 screens to be designed, client to share the content. Client expect a creative and unique design output.

Email template for communication and user onboarding. Maximum of 4 templates.

Note: Client to share inspiration for the landing page and the content for each email template.

Terms and Conditions

This Freelance Contract is governed by the terms and conditions provided here and in Attachment A, attached hereto.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by their respective signatures below, the parties have caused the Contract, inclusive of Attachment A, to be duly executed and effective as of the Effective Date.
