Google My Business Profile

Why does my business need Google Reviews?

Google reviews build your online reputation, enhances credibility and provides the kind of social proof needed to influence customer behavior. It is important to develop a strategy for asking for reviews because review quantity is one of the factors determining your local search ranking on Google.
A steady stream of new reviews can dramatically improve your search engine performance, which is essential to driving traffic and attracting more customers. If you don’t proactively request customer reviews, your review data sample is more likely to be biased towards people with a customer service issue.
Regularly requesting reviews also helps potential new customers see recent review activity and get an idea of what your business is like now, not many months ago.
