Background: Brightpick is just entering the North American market and we have zero infrastructure or existing resources domestically. Instead of building out our own team for this, we will utilize a 3rd party for support and maintenance so that we can scale quickly and focus on our strengths.
Based on previous experience we have considered two primary vendors to date; Ricoh and Bell & Howell. From our initial meetings with them it seemed that both are capable of most of the scope we would like them to cover but that Brightpick is lacking the details needed to create a clear pricing scenario.
