Outside of the projects shared, I career spans several different job titles/functions, but mainly across three companies: Accelo, Clearbit, and now, HubSpot.

Accelo

Accelo (formerly called, AffinityLive) was a Professional Services SaaS platform that had several different products - Sales CRM, Project Management, Ticketing System, and its proprietary Retainer system. When I joined Accelo, I joined on the Customer Success team of three individuals that supported their client base.
While I started doing Support Tickets, it led to supporting On-Demand resources, and it soon expanded quickly into leading (paid) Implementations for their new customers.
The roles I had included:
Customer Success Officer
Senior Implementation Manager
Director of Service Operations
During my time at Accelo, I had supported over 1,000 of their customers through either paid Implementation Services, Support, or Renewals.
The experience at Accelo, especially being a consultant for consultants, helped me learn how to manage and implement both process & change management at small and large organizations.
This role & responsibilities led to my love of Coda - as it helped me implement some of these processes in other roles & projects without having to make a new software purchase.
Accelo was acquired by Bow River Capital.

Clearbit

At Clearbit, I continued down the Customer Success path and joined as a Customer Success Manager. I was supporting high growth tech companies implement data solutions. Coda, at the time, was one of my first customers - working with Ben & Hari to leverage Clearbit Enrichment.
It has been an amazing journey across several roles:
Customer Success Manager, Velocity
Customer Success Manager, Enterprise
Strategic Account Manager
Account Management Lead
Commercial Account Executive
Enterprise Account Executive
Senior Enterprise Account Executive
As you can see, there were quite a few roles I’ve had at this organization. I support a significant fraction of Clearbit’s largest customers from landing them to expanding them.

After sourcing 27 expansion opportunities as a CSM one quarter, the Leadership team asked me to start closing them without getting anyone else involved (Strategic Account Managers).
In total, I’ve been responsible for over $5M+ in Net New Revenue & $15M in total revenue for Clearbit and the top representative (by far) in all categories since I joined.

Clearbit was acquired by HubSpot in November 2023.

HubSpot

HubSpot acquired Clearbit and immediately adjusted their vision of Clearbit to only supporting new customers that actively utilize HubSpot.
After going through HubSpot’s onboarding, I closed the first deal for “Clearbit for HubSpot”!
