Congrats, you’ve been noticed and have landed an interview, now what?
Practice Makes Perfect
Regardless of how much experience you have under your belt, you must practice and be prepared for what to expect.
Build a 5 minute personal pitch - includes your background/experience, aspirations, and driving decisions.
Always ask your recruiter to prepare you for the interview and share who are you going to be talking to. Although they will not give you the questions outright, they will provide insightful details about what to expect.
For behavioral interviews practice WRR (Write, Record, Review).
Build a list of questions you would like to ask each interviewer. Just as much as they are interviewing you, you too are interviewing them.
