What questions should you ask?
What does the ideal candidate look like? What does success look like for this role? Who does this role report into? What is the compensation range? How many people are on this team? What tools are used by the team? What are the short term and long term goals of the team? Challenges the team is facing? What the team’s culture is like? How does this company support its underrepresented employees?
