User Stories

As a project owner / operations manager, I should be able to

send a group message in the chat box to all supply in a given status to make announcements

see history of the messages send

As a super proctor, I should be able to

send a group message in the chat box to all proctors in a given status to make announcements

see history of the messages send with details of whom he has send those messages

As a supply / proctor, I should be able to

read messages in the announcement section of the chat box

see history of the messages received
