Once a month, a quarter or whatever period suits you, review the Action Items that you have marked as One Day, Some Day.
Use this time to reflect on your goals. Consider whether there are things that you should add to the list that is not already there.
Exactly how you go about it, will depend on how regularly you perform this review. If you do this monthly, you really should also do a more thorough review every 12 month month.
