In this layer I will start adding more functionality to the ITE. The idea behind the Integrated Thinking Environment is to have a tool that is much more than simply a nice new version of Evernote. It must be an environment that assists you in thinking. And the first important part is to get organised. You can build your own way of organising your action items
GTD - Getting Things Done
GTD is the productivity system developed by David Allen. It is a very simple and powerful method of recording and managing action items.

I am not going to build a full GTD implementation, but I will provide you with a high level basic implementation that is fully integrated with your ITE, and your notes. Including your Action Item notes....
