The next layer in the Integrated Thinking Environment expands in multiple dimensions.
It introduces a table for partners and their information
Partners include people and companies.
Use the Person? column to distinguish between people and companies, and historical persons. Generally speaking, dropdowns for “people” will exclude companies and historical persons.
Use the Staff and Employer columns to record links between people and their companies.
Enter company names in the First Name column.
Full Name is calculated by the system.
Rows that have the Archive? checkbox ticked will no longer appear in drop-down menus/ select lists.
It provides a way to link Notes to each other
To do this the Cross Reference 1 and Cross Reference 2 columns have been introduced. Using these columns, you can cross-reference to existing notes in your dbNotes table. hovering over an entry in either of the cross reference columns will bring up a link that allows you to jump to that note.
You could do a hierarchy as shown below:

This is useful in a continuously growing hierarchy like a family tree, where the tag structure would quickly drown in maintenance.
Or you could simply cross reference one note to another as the name implies. That will set you off on a good start for a Zettlekasten, if you are so inclined.
It introduces new Note Types
Meeting
Minutes of meetings, with attendees and action items.
Presentation
Notes on creating a story board. Includes a view of the video or presentation storyboard table.
It adds templates linked to a Note Type that are imported into the Detailed Notes column. (Some Coda knowledge required.)
To add your own templates, do the following:
Add an entry to the table. In the Canvas column, create your template.
In the Detailed Notes column of the table, go to the Options setting and add an entry for your new note type:

In the table, add a new row to be able to add rows with a button. (This is needed so that the switchIf() you maintained above will triggered when a new row is created. It does not trigger when new rows are manually created.)
Maintain the On Click section, to create a new row using your template when the button is clicked.
Maintain the Label section to give your button a text label.

AI Summary Column
The page makes visible a column with an AI summary of the contents of the web Page of the URL links that you have added to your dbNotes table.
It currently summarises all pages into 3-4 paragraphs, feel free to modify the AI prompt for more or less detailed summaries.
