To access your child’s school’s instance of the JAMF Parent web portal, please refer to the email you received from the school with the relevant specific link.
Please note that some features are only supported from the iOS native app ; therefore, if you do not run a personal iPhone or iPad, you may want to use your child’s device to login to JAMF Parent with your credentials, define specific settings and then log out from JAMF Parent.
Your Parents sign-in details are included in the notification email sent by your child’s school. These include:
Web Portal URL
School Sub-Domain to be used on iOS app
Please note that depending on your child’s school’s policy each parent/tutor may have individual access. This should typically reflect how parents/tutors have individual access to other online platforms used by the school such as ManageBac.
If you are unable to retrieve the email sent by the school, you may reset your password using industry-standard reset procedures. If you are stuck, please refer to the ‘Get Support’ section
