Should you run into issues, your child’s school’s ICT team and Paoma will be glad to help.
Always start by writing an email to the dedicated Parents HelpDesk email address sent in the original onboarding email.
Make sure you provide as much information about the issue you are facing including screenshots if possible. In all cases, make sure you include:
Your Name
Your child’s name
Your child’s device serial number
A valid mobile phone number for callback
