Sales / Business Development Associate (remote)

👩‍💻 The role

We (Orizon Design 👋🏽👋🏻👋🏾) are looking for a part-time (10-15hrs/week) or full time Sales / Business Development Associate (you? 👀) with experience in the digital space (websites & apps). We are seeking someone with a flair for networking and a talent for identifying new business opportunities in a smile-first environment. You’ll be playing a key role in reaching out to potential clients, engaging in sales activities, and keeping up with the latest Web design trends (in a totally healthy way...), which could be crucial for our growth. This position is fully remote and could lead to other roles (Sales Manager or Senior Business Development Executive).

🎯 Your tasks

Actively identify and reach out to potential new clients, using various communication channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Collaborate closely with the team to develop and execute business development strategies.
Participate in networking events, conferences, and webinars to generate new sales leads and business opportunities.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business avenues.
Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' needs and requirements.
Be present during sales calls to effectively represent the company and its services (comfort with video calls and articulate communication is essential).
Bonus tasks
Help in researching and identifying new market opportunities within the digital design space.
Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales materials and documentation.
Assist with internal and external communications related to business development efforts (including updates on social media; we have a large audience there).
Engage in continuous learning about our products and services to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Excellent communication skills
Proactive and driven, with a knack for networking and relationship building
Fluent in English

Design, digital background, or marketing knowledge is a plus
Understanding of UX/UI principles and philosophies is a plus
