Product Designer (remote)

👩‍💻 The role

We (Orizon Design 👋🏽👋🏻👋🏾) are looking for a Part-time or Full-time product designer (you? 👀) with experience in the digital design space (websites & apps). We are looking for a problem solver to in a smile-first environment, helping create amazing and impactful designs for products. This role is mostly to do the interface between our world-class client and our internal design team. So most of the time you would be giving guidance on what you want to see and our production designers will be able to send you quick updates. You will need a good understanding of digital products the design stages (wireframing, visual design and such). On top of that, if you are OBSESSED with the latest Web design trends (in a totally healthy way...), we might be destined to work together. This position is fully remote and could lead to other roles (Design Director, Creative Director).

🎯 Your tasks

Giving feedback every day on various designs that our designers will produce

Making sure that the requirements are getting tackled correctly

Ensuring that the feedback from the client is implemented

Presenting the designs to the clients (Fluent english is required).

Designing solutions on Figma as well

Optional/For more experienced profiles:

Managing and scaling our design team and Operations.

Possible evolution toward director of Design or Operations.

Good communication skills

Creative and a problem solver

Fluent in English

Familiar with Slack and GoogleMeet

Design, digital background, or marketing knowledge is a plus

Good Understanding of the design stages (wireframing, visual design, etc.) and UX/UI principles and philosophies
