We (Orizon Design 👋🏽👋🏻👋🏾) are looking for a part-time or Full time (10-25hrs/week) Executive assistant / Customer support specialist (you? 👀) with experience in the digital design space (websites & apps). We are looking for someone extremely organized to work in a smile-first environment, helping with social medias, design presentations, internal & external communications. On top of that, if you areOBSESSED with the latest Web design trends (in a totally healthy way...), we might be destined to work together. This position is fully remote and could lead to other roles (Product or Operation Manager).

Collaborate closely with the CEO, assisting in various areas of the business (customer management, creating documents and proposals, supporting the design team).
Oversee weekly calls with our clients and designers for presentations and updates (capture the requirements when/if necessary, assist with time management).
Be present during sales calls to help introduce the company. (We need someone who is comfortable with video calls and articulate.)
Bonus tasks
Ensure that our team has everything they need (connect with them, double-check their workload daily, and be mindful of balancing the creative process with business goals).
Act as the guardian of time, ensuring that our projects stay on track to consistently deliver amazing user experiences.
Assist with internal and external communications (social media; we have a large audience there).
Conduct quality assurance when/if necessary.
Potentially help schedule team events & activities.

Excellent communication skills
We are ideally looking for someone based in Montreal or its surroundings.
Meticulous and extremely organized (we have many projects going on at the same time)
Fluent in English
