We (Orizon Design 👋🏽👋🏻👋🏾) are looking for a part-time or full-time project manager (you? 👀) with experience in the digital design space (websites & apps). We need someone extremely organized to work in a smile-first environment, helping manage workloads, client communications, design requirements, and prioritization to design amazing products. On top of that, if you are OBSESSED with the latest web design trends (in a totally healthy way…), we might be destined to work together. This position is fully remote.
📍 About Orizon
Orizon was born in Montréal but we have team members in North America, Europe and pretty much everywhere. We use creativity in the service of our vision and design websites, apps, and brands for startups and Fortune 500 companies in various industries (Health & wellness, science, fintech, fitness, fashion, social networks). Our latest clients include Adobe, RedBull, Western Digital, ZARA, and the founder of Tinder. We are a leading agency and we are growing. Fast. This is why we need you.
👩💻 "But what's in it for me?"
Autonomy, a fully remote environment, flexible hours, and A+ compensations. But that’s not all. At Orizon, you can experience and influence a culture that is shaped by ambitious, passionate, and purposeful people who aspire to create unforgettable moments through digital experiences. At the end of the day, our mission is to put a smile on people's faces 😎 (starting with our own).
Oversee and organize weekly calls with our clients and our designers for presentations and updates (capture the requirements, strategize for next steps, prioritize items accordingly)
Be able to handle multiple world-class projects in parallel with various stakeholders.
Help improve our processes to scope projects more efficiently
Make sure your team has everything they need (connect with them, double-check their workload daily, and be mindful of the creative process vs business goals)
Be the Guardian of time (as in making sure that our projects are on track to keep delivering amazing user experiences)
Adjust requirements as goals change, update project plans when needed, and communicate these changes
Detect elements that might be missing from our products (Web and mobile)
Ideate for future releases aka sourcing scope extensions and follow-up projects
