We all know that feedback - giving it, receiving it, and asking for it - is essential to us getting better at what we do. And yet, delivering feedback kindly & directly doesn’t come naturally to everyone — it takes work to hone our “feedbacking” skills! My team and I created this resource to equip Codans with the tools they need to deliver feedback to their peers and get the feedback they need to maximize their impact. Using the simplest of Coda building blocks and templates, this doc acts as a living resource for the entire company.
