I find it important to do week planning every week, right after the reflection that happens at

Week Journal⁠

. Ideally block a solid hour on Sunday evenings to do both. This is an exercise of prioritization (define what are the main priorities for the week) and defining the tasks well, which helps a lot in the day to day execution.

As part of the weekly plan review Inbox list of tasks

If want to prioritize a task for the week, add the day where I want to tackle

Revise the task to make sure it is concrete before adding the date

If any task is not relevant anymore, just remove it from the inbox
