Prepare the list of inputs you want to have with you.
The goal is to have a big enough list that you never run out, but also be ok with just going over a small % of it
You don’t need to finish any book or podcast, if something else catch your interest feel free to switch.

Journal
Journaling flow ✍️
Define your plan for the week in terms of things to journal.
Typically you want to divide you week into 3 phases
First phase (come up with questions): think about areas that you want to deep dive into your life and answer and list all the questions that are worth asking
Second phase (journal on the questions): journal through the questions that were risen and that I want to go deeper.
Third phase (summarize your insights): summarize outcomes in this shareholders’ letter
To come up with questions on the first phase you can start with these prompts:
What roles do I play in my life? What is dreadful and what is delightful about them? What is working, what is not working?
What should I stop doing?
What should I double down?
What is the ideal version of myself?
What should I be doing more?
What has life given you?
What has life taken from you?
Which areas of your life are you settled?
What battles do you choose?
What are you letting in?
Am I spending time with the right people? Who are they?
In what ways I am my own way?
Tools
Think what tools will make you more creative or excited about writing (do you need to buy a new pen or notepad?). Make sure you bring paper/pen and do some sessions there if you prefer electronic devices.

Tool 2
Exercise
Working on your body will help you clear the mind, so make sure you do some exercise everyday. The idea is to be very light exercise to make you tired for the hard thinking/journaling, but a soft 30 minutes a day will do great. Think about low activity sports that you would like to try (tai chi, yoga, etc.) and just make a plan of one per day.
