Additional Service. The Remote Staffing Feature ("Pros") feature allows migo to provide remote customer service employees on an hourly basis to [Party B]. The platform location tracking technologies when combined with built in Audio Video conferencing features in APP allow the Pros to location shift and serve multiple stores at a time with consumers getting realtime (dependent on Party B's hiring policy) access to the right specialization of PRO based upon position within a location.
- [ ] Pros (remote customer service agents) are billed at $5 per hour per store.
- [ ] A Pros will serve a minimum of 5 stores.
- [ ] If a Pros serves more than 5 stores no additional hourly rate will apply
- [ ] a Pros is an employee of Migo. [PARTY B] is not an employer of a Pros
- [ ] The training of a Pros is the responsibility of [PARTY B] or the retailers approved brand partners. All must be provided in writing at minimum
- [ ] the retailer guarantees on a monthly basis how many Pros are required at 40 hours per week
- [ ] The store will provide the hours of work.
[ ] The store will provide notify migo of the number of employees, training in specialty, and specialty training materials 30 days prior to staffing start. [Party B] must notify migo 30 days in advance of hours and numbers of employees to be added or removed at anytime.
