12. Terms of Payment. AI customer service/sales agent is payed on commission (commission rate is based upon the margin of item sold) see table below. Offers made by AI customer service agent will not be made again to the same customer for 30 days unless [PARTY B] overrides with rewards program, discount, coupon or offer in the platform. The formula to calculate the commission on each item the migo platform offered to a customer and was scanned at the register is according to the formula:

13 [PARTY B] shall pay the Commission Rates to migo:
(a) via stripe connect account immediately upon consumer purchase
(b) in immediately available funds, and
(c) to the account migo IQ will provide on stripe
(d) payments will be held for 14-30 days matching retailer’s return policy:
14. Taxes. Payment amounts under this agreement do not include Taxes, and [PARTY B] shall pay all Taxes applicable to payments between the parties under this agreement.
15. Interest on Late Payments. Any amount not paid when due will bear interest from the due date until paid at a rate equal to [1]% per month ([12.68]% annually) or the maximum allowed by Law, whichever is less.
