1. Grant of License to Access and Use Service. 
migo hereby grants to [PARTY B], including to all [PARTY B]'s Authorized Users, a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to access and use the virtual Artificial Intelligence salesperson/customer service and an application platform, that provides inventory, planogram, mapping, remote customer service, customer loyalty/rewards as well as a retail analytics platform and on shelf brand advertising platform (the “Service”). New features to the Service may be added and opted into at anytime. Some will be included as part of the free base platform but payed upon by commission. Other will be added as subscription option, Application Programming Interface” call or hourly features that can be opted into. Any addition to the Service will be included in Locations (See Exhibits), herein attached, with corresponding date and authorized signature. The Service is solely for [PARTY B]'s internal business operations (the "Operation"), according to migo's terms and policies listed at [URL]. All data belongs to [PARTY B]. Data will not be sold, shared, mixed to anyone including other retailers without the written authorization of [PARTY B].
