Know how much the average family spends on the scholarship process?
$46,000 over 4 years.
And that’s the minimum — with some families spending over $100,000.
Any guess as to where the majority of that money goes to?
Lessons
Showcases
Club Teams
Showcases are a necessary part of the scholarship process.
After all, coaches have to see you play somewhere.
But athletes & parents make one major mistake with showcases.
And “generic advice” never seems to cover this...
Showcases are for validation, not exposure.
Let me explain because you’ll light money on fire if you don’t hear this.
Most of the time, coaches attend showcases to watch & evaluate players they are already in contact with or have heard of before.
Uh-oh.
That means if you’re not in contact with a coach before the showcase, you’re probably not going to be in contact with him afterward.
Which means you’re likely just wasting your money.
But no one ever tells you this.
I get why parents throw money at showcases.
When you don’t have a strategy, you have to do something.
But this is why it’s critical to use email for exposure, and showcases for validation.
Do you see the strategy starting to come together?
Do you see how all of these different elements work together to accomplish a singular goal?
Now we’re cooking.
Parents will drop $3,000 on showcases without blinking, but refuse to invest in a bulletproof strategy to actually make those showcases effective.
I mean, I can show you how to get more interest from college coaches from your living room couch than you could get at 5 showcases combined.
But if you want to roll the dice, I won’t stop you.
If showcases are your primary way of getting exposure, you’re playing the lottery.
And why would you gamble your kid’s future?
You probably don’t want that.
Instead, you probably want results like this...
“I went from having 3 interested schools to more than a dozen!” — Tyler
“I committed to my top school!” — Serena
“I had nothing before you came along. Now I have many schools interested, and I’m about to get my first two offers.” — Kasen
If you want results like that, book a free consultation call with us.
We’ll walk you through our Scholarship Playbook program — which is the same system that helped those ^ athletes get those exact results.
Tomorrow is our last day of scholarship school.
And we have something very important to talk about.
You know when it feels like there’s a small group of athletes who seem to know the secret to getting scholarships? Like they have inside information or something...?
Well, there is...and they do.
But don’t worry — tomorrow, we’ll make sure you’re in that club.
