1. Develop a plan and timeline
Create a short proposal outlining the outreach plan, timeline, and types of testimonials to collect; do some research to look for good examples of formats/styles that we can adopt
2. Draft outreach templates
Prepare email/WhatsApp/WeChat message templates to request testimonials in a friendly, low-pressure way
3. Define testimonial prompts
Create a set of reflective, participant-focused questions tailored to each program
4. Set up testimonial tracking system
Use an Excel/Coda table to track outreach, response status, content received, format (video/audio/text), language, and approval
5. Coordinate with Astrid
Work with Astrid to get participant lists (past and current) and update monthly
6. Manage review & approval process
Ensure participants can review and approve the testimonial content before publishing
7. Prepare content for use
Lightly edit and format content (with help from the EP marketing team if needed) so it’s ready for use on EP channels; collaborate with Ozlem on any video editing requirements; collaborate with Karsten and other members of the marketing team on distribution of the finalized testimonials
8. Share progress regularly
Provide regular updates to the marketing team on what has been collected and where it’s being used
