Project Brief: Collecting EP Participant Testimonials

Project Objective:
To design and implement a system for collecting compelling testimonials from participants of EP programs (TPC, TTC, CHPT, The Mindful Coach) to support EP’s marketing and brand storytelling efforts across platforms (e.g. EP website, LinkedIn, newsletter, TCV, WeChat).
Key Goals:
Collect a steady stream of high-quality participant testimonials in a mix of formats: video, audio, and text Ensure the focus is on the participant’s growth and transformation – making the learner the hero of the story Collect testimonials in both English and Chinese, where possible Develop a repeatable system that can be sustained over time Key Considerations:
Preferred: video (can be repurposed into audio/text) Alternative: audio or text-only if video isn’t feasible Focus on how the participant is growing or making an impact (not just “what they liked” about the program) “How has team coaching changed the way you lead or work with others?” “What mindset or skill shift have you made as a result of your learning?” “How does mindfulness show up in your coaching practice now?” Ask different questions to different people to get a more interesting mix of testimonials Unless we’re conducting a survey where a consistent set of questions is important, it can work well to ask a mix of different questions to participants within the same cohort/program Testimonials can be collected during a program, not just at the end Work with Astrid to get updated lists of participants across the following programs: The Performance Coach (TPC) Coaching High-Performance Teams (CHPT) Explore tools that can help make the testimonial system more efficient and scalable seems like it could be useful for making the outreach and testimonial collection process more efficient It might be worthwhile testing out the free version to see if it performs well If it seems like a useful tool, can discuss with Han Ee whether we can get a paid subscription
Success Measures:
At least 3–5 strong testimonials per program collected by end of Q3 2025 A working testimonial system (templates, tracker, approval flow) that can be reused moving forward Testimonials featured in 3+ marketing touchpoints (e.g. carousel post, website, email, WeChat post)
