They are more likely to use team coaching frameworks/strategies compared to a random volunteer.Can the Team Coaching Lab event count toward TTC participants’ required learning hours for the TTC program?Audiences:Experienced coaches interested in working more with teams and/or pursuing ICF ACTC certificationOrganizational leaders (public and private sector)L&D professionalsFormat: Each event will be 75 minutes:15-minute intro (introduce specific team coaching intervention?) and first TTC pitch30-minute team coaching role-play20-minute debrief and Q&A session10-minute second TTC pitch and participant feedbackPromotion: Utilize LinkedIn, email newsletters, WhatsApp, and our EP network to promote the series.Follow-Up: Provide attendees with session recordings, supplementary materials, and information on The Team Coach program to encourage further engagement.
