This monthly event series aims to position Emerge Performance as a thought leader in team coaching and a preferred training partner for coaches, leaders, and L&D professionals to build their team coaching capabilities.
The Team Coaching Lab events are intended to help generate awareness and leads for The Team Coach (TTC) program.
Approach: Public event for people to observe and/or participate in a team coaching role-play scenario. One participant acts as a team coach and tries an intervention, followed by a debrief and feedback. Focus each monthly session on a specific team coaching intervention to give more structure to the events and differentiate them from month to month? Have a TTC learner play the role of team coach? They are more likely to use team coaching frameworks/strategies compared to a random volunteer. Can the Team Coaching Lab event count toward TTC participants’ required learning hours for the TTC program? Experienced coaches interested in working more with teams and/or pursuing ICF ACTC certification Organizational leaders (public and private sector) Format: Each event will be 75 minutes: 15-minute intro (introduce specific team coaching intervention?) and first TTC pitch 30-minute team coaching role-play 20-minute debrief and Q&A session 10-minute second TTC pitch and participant feedback Promotion: Utilize LinkedIn, email newsletters, WhatsApp, and our EP network to promote the series. Follow-Up: Provide attendees with session recordings, supplementary materials, and information on The Team Coach program to encourage further engagement.
