Top Participant Comments or Quotes:
Ian Tan (🕒 19:34:13): "Something simple I realised recently, is that by setting ‘time blocks’, it is good for me to stay present. i.e. if I’m doing deep work in a certain time block, I will close all the other apps on my screen such as social media, email, etc... At the start of the time block, having a breath to signal ‘transition’ is also useful."
Jennice Ong (🕒 19:19:49): "Been practicing mindfulness for my own self-discovery journey and benefited a lot, now as a new coach I would like to learn how to incorporate mindfulness into my coaching practice."
