What Went Well:
The session was very engaging, with lots of back-and-forth discussions. Many participants actively raised their hands or commenting on the chat to share perspectives.
A noticeable number of participants turned on their cameras, creating a more connected and interactive environment.
From the feedback:
The open Q&A format was really helpful and engaging.
Lalit’s insights on well-being and resilience
Michelle's guest perspectives
Hearing diverse questions and insights
What Could Be Improved:
We received more hand-raising than expected, which extended the discussion time and caused us to rush towards the end. It would help to set clear time blocks for each section, so we can remind Lalit if it’s going over that way, he can better manage the flow.
Michelle Yan was not well integrated into the session. She asked only around 5 questions and didn’t interact much with participants. Lalit also did not actively bring her into the conversation. We need to have a more structured flow for session with panelist. Especially on managing the speaking duration, it would be ideal to allocate time more evenly. It might also help to prepare a few slides for the second panelist to present, so they can engage more actively in the session. 90 minutes will work better if we have two panelists.
I also think perhaps the AMA series is not the ideal event where we want to have a guest speaker. Since it already involves so much audience participation, it should stay focused on that. It gets difficult to integrate a guest speaker in an already highly participative session. If we want to bring on a guest speaker, the 2 should do a joint presentation and both should respond to audience questions/comments so it feels balanced. - Aarushi
From the feedback:
“Perhaps could have more contextualization and draw relations to the coaching practice.”
