Session overview

Average Session Rating: 4.25 out of 5
Enjoyed aspect:

Suggestions:
Provide clearer explanation of roles and case study before hand
Allow more time for debrief
Offer more support to those taking active roles (especially the 1st time team coach)
Some of the slide's text is too small!
Improvement for the practice
It wasn’t clear whether an agreement was established at the start of the session. To strengthen the structure, the Team Coach could begin with a brief contracting process — clarifying the purpose of the session and inviting the team to align on a shared desired outcome. This helps create a collective focus and opens space for growth facilitation, rather than just tension airing.
The session felt somewhat disorganized at times, as the Team Coach had limited authority to guide the flow, and the Finance role became overly dominant. It would help to provide clearer focus and behavioral boundaries for each role — ensuring participants don’t coach each other and instead allow the Team Coach to facilitate and hold the process.
