Best Practices for a Successful Session
Keep it practical & focused
Keep your session to 60–90 minutes Limit the intro and jump into your main content early Share a clear agenda or session flow at the start to help participants orient themselves Make it interactive
In our experience, the most memorable sessions are the ones that get people involved. We encourage you to incorporate at least one or more of the following:
Q&A breaks or live discussion Role-play or live demonstration Polls, reflection prompts, or Mentimeter Shared practice or case-based problem solving Engage your network
We’ll provide visual and copy assets for you to share the event with your network (LinkedIn, WeChat, email, etc.). A personal invitation from you goes a long way to boost reach and interest.
🔧 What We’ll Need From You
To support planning and promotion, please share the following at least 4 weeks in advance:
Event Title – short and engaging; we can help with this if needed Blurb (100–150 words) – overview of the session 3–4 Bullet Takeaways – what participants will learn/do Outline of Session Flow – brief agenda (not too detailed) Any tools or platforms you plan to use (e.g. Mentimeter, Miro) A headshot photo for the event listing
