14 Aug 2025 - SUSS Coaching Panel Discussion

Key details & considerations

Objective: Demonstrate to SUSS we have powerful marketing reach and can draw a big crowd. If done well, this will show that we can collaborate with SUSS to run TPC / TTC, funded by the SG government.
Event date: 14 August 2025
Event duration: 75 minutes
Event format: Panel discussion with audience polls and Q&A
3 panellists from different industries/backgrounds
1 host/moderator to guide the discussion: Han Ee
Event platform: Run this event as a LinkedIn Live event using Zoom
Rationale:
The LinkedIn Live format will:
Make it easier for panellists to share the event with their networks
Reduce friction for attendees to attend the event (one-click attendance, familiar platform)
Greater potential for last-minute attendees thanks to LinkedIn’s live event notifications
Provide event analytics data that we can share with SUSS post-event
The downside of using LinkedIn Live is that we will not automatically drive TCV sign-ups or collect email addresses
However, this is less important given that the primary aim of this event is to show SUSS that we can put on a large coaching-related event

Event theme

Human Advantage in the Age of AI: Re-Skilling Leadership and Culture

As automation accelerates, human capabilities are becoming the true differentiators. How are future-ready organizations re-skilling leaders and culture to thrive?
Big idea:
As AI is increasingly levelling the playing field across companies for various tasks and workflows, human capabilities – like empathy, sense-making, and complex collaboration – are becoming the real differentiators. How are top companies investing in the “human edge”?
Discussion topics:
What makes human capital more valuable in an AI-augmented world?
How are leaders upskilling for emotional intelligence and systems thinking?
How are OD and HR functions evolving to develop human-centred leaders and teams that emphasize resilience, collaboration, and innovation?
Coaching angle: Coaching as an enabler for leaders and teams to unlearn, reflect, and build the higher-order thinking and relational skills needed to support a high-performance culture.
