Our technicians performed bi-yearly maintenance. Here is the list of services performed:

Note: During the next visit in June, we will perform the yearly water heater flush and water pressure test

Condition: All common area shut off valves were exercised. They are in good and functioning condition.

Gas Leak Test

Condition: Good. We used a gas leak detector and applied soapy water to identify any leak points. No leaks or compromised points were identified
