Taking in Data and spitting out Attendees!

Welcome to the Registration Form!

This page is directly linked to the
Backend_su0w8
page where your master table is living. Any edits you make to that table will reflect here in this form, but not right away! So don’t worry if you don’t see the changes.

💡 Add/Update My Form!

Let’s say you need to add another field, “Additional Notes” for the attendees to let people know of anything you would have forgotten to add.
You would go to the
Backend_su0w8
page of this doc, and then add a new column and label it “Additional Notes.”
Come back to this form and hover over the upper right hand corner of the form table and click “Options.”
Now, you will want to click “Layout.” The view on the left will change, and that’s ok!
Look at the advanced panel on the right, and you will see “Visible” and “Hidden” parts of the form.
Find the “Additional Notes” item and click the small 👁️‍🗨️ and make it visible on your form!
If you want to adjust your layout on how things look with your form you can use Coda’s drag and drop method with each field to change the layout
Then click “Done” at the top and you’ll see your form now shows that new field!

💡 Publishing Your Form

But we know, what you are thinking, How can I send this out to people to fill out? Do I need to send it through Coda? Nope! You can simply “Publish” your form by hovering over the form and clicking “Publish” in the upper right hand corner!
Create a Link
Add that link to emails or correspondence you send to your attendees.
