Synopsis:

This section lists all the tasks you've selected to complete today.
It also shows how much time you've estimated it'll take in aggregate. This is used to calculate the amount of slack-time you have left in the day (assuming about 4 hours of actual productivity every day).

Tasks completed

- shows the tasks marked for today that are already completed. If a task you thought was complete still needs work, click the 'Reactivate task' button to add it back to the todo list.
Additionally, use this table to add the unplanned impromptu tasks you completed today but didn't schedule.

Tasks to do

- shows the tasks marked for today that are not yet completed. Click 'Mark as done' to complete a task. If the task is done, but the next action requires you to follow-up, click the 'Duplicate for followup' button to duplicate the task and add it to the to-watch list
Do not add tasks directly to this table. Go through the 'Horizon' section to add tasks here. This ritual ensures that you're creating tasks that are snackable, and time-scoped. Unfinished tasks are automatically moved back into the
horizon list

Tasks to watch

- shows the tasks you have to follow up on, or are waiting on for a response/status update. Tasks that are older than 2 days will be highlighted so you know to reach out for an update. Click 'Mark as done' when you have received the update necessary to finish the task
