What do I need to start transitioning to Telehealth?

Recall or find the email and password records of your account where you are working.

Update the application to the latest version, which you can tell from our official website https://cognimate.care/install or it will come to you via automatic update

Follow these steps to ensure everything goes smoothly!

After updating or installing over the current version, you will see this screen upon launching the application. Unfortunately, it cannot be closed. To continue using the SensoRehab app, please follow these three simple steps.

Step One: Click the "Continue" button to start the transition process.

Step Two: Two fields will appear on the screen: one with the clinic's name and the other with the country. Ensure that both fields are filled in correctly. (The clinic name field cannot be changed; it will display the name of your clinic.) Click the "Continue" button.

Step Three: In the new version of our application, we are transitioning from using the clinic as an account to using the doctor. You need to enter your personal information as the doctor under which you will be working at this clinic. All fields are mandatory. After filling them in, click the "Continue" button.

Step Four: Enter the account details that you have always used to log into your account.

Step Five: Congratulations! You have successfully completed the process. Now you can continue using the SensoRehab software and hardware system and explore its new features and capabilities.
