Content Updates

June Content Pack 🤝

Creating workplaces and communities that foster a sense of belonging can sound like a big undertaking, but there’s value in starting small. In this Content Pack, we’ll be celebrating Pride Month and Juneteenth by exploring the importance of belonging and providing strategies to create a culture of inclusivity that allows everyone to learn and grow.

New Webinar: Emotional Agility in the Workplace ❤️

Pioneered by Harvard Medical School psychologist Susan David, emotional agility is a concept that goes a step beyond emotional intelligence. It allows us to not only be aware of our emotions, but to approach them with a feeling of productivity and mindfulness and lead through them. This webinar teaches your people and leaders how to build this characteristic to boost their performance.

New Leadership Journey: Thriving Through Change 🔄

Navigating change as a leader, and helping your teams not only survive but thrive through change, is an essential skill. This webinar will explore tools for building your own resilience in times of organizational change — such as layoffs, mergers, and restructuring — as well as teach you how to support your teams through that change and how to build a resilient culture that can successfully navigate future uncertainty.
Talk to your Thrive Customer Success Manager to schedule a webinar or leadership session for your team!
