Benefits Connect surfaces company resources and EAPs to employees when they need them most, based on how they respond to the Daily Check-In. We’re excited to share that this feature is now available on Thrive for Slack!

Microstep Hub 🏠

Last week, we launched a major upgrade to our Microstep page. This page is now easier to find (linked on the home page) and easier to navigate with more suggested and popular Microsteps. Check out our resources to learn more about the changes and share with your team.

Announcement: Thrive AI Health Coach 📣

Arianna Huffington and Sam Altman recently published a piece in TIME announcing the launch of Thrive AI Health, a new company funded by the OpenAI Startup Fund and Thrive Global, which will be devoted to building an AI health coach. The company’s mission is to use AI to democratize access to expert-level health coaching to improve health outcomes and address growing health inequities.
