❓FAQs

Can I share a personal Reset or only Thrive Resets?

Initially, only Thrive Resets are supported in live Reset sharing. However, we are actively working to add personal Resets to this feature and expect that to go live the week of June 7!

Will people who don’t have access to Thrive be able to watch the Reset?

Yes! As long as the meeting participant is logged into MS Teams, they will be able to view the Reset, even if they don’t have a Thrive account. MS Teams guests will not be able to see the Reset.

Does everyone’s plant get watered after watching a Reset in a meeting, or only the person who played the Reset?

Every meeting participant with a plant being grown in their Thrive garden will get credit for watching that Reset, and their plant will be watered.

Is there any limit to how many people can be on the meeting?

There is a 100 person limit for watching Resets in Teams Live Share. The first 100 users on the call will see the Reset load, but every user after will see an error message.
