Firefly new call recording > transcript pdf uploaded to gdrive > link embedded in Google sheet > pareto ai reads pdf from google sheet > writes report in the google sheet > when new report is triggered > all content is sent via email to Mukul, Pedro and Sales Rep

Problem:

automations allow only meetings created with the current email (mukul@coursesandfunnels.com) to be automatically pushed to google sheets/airtable. Thus, this route of automation cannot be set up for every account in a common manner.

WORKAROUND: Add a company email that has fireflies to every Triage & Strategy call. We can then use this firefly account to pull call transcripts and run the automation.
