To ensure we’re engaging the right partners, it’s crucial that our marketing team thoroughly evaluates potential partnerships based on their synergy with our target market. This means looking at our ideal customer profile (ICP), the industries we aim to serve, company sizes, and geographic regions.
Key Considerations:
Larger Companies: While they might have slower decision-making processes and be hesitant to work with smaller companies like Boon, the potential payoff is significant due to their larger audience. Smaller Companies: They may be more agile and eager to partner but offer a smaller reach. Balancing these factors helps us prioritize partnerships that align with our strategic goals and maximize impact. Partner Promotion Campaigns
Each platform should be considered its own “campaign”.
