General Notes

A lot of the feedback was “it took me a while to figure out what the product was” - coming from people that are experienced in HR.
Would like to see more product screenshots
Many positive comments on the “Referral hiring shouldn’t be so ______”
They felt like we understood their problem
Calls out the issues they are facing
So many comments saying that it would be nice to have a ~2 min video that explains what we do.

Pros:

Like the friendly feel and design aesthetic
Touches on some of the key interests/concerns (but without much detail)

Cons:

Font too small
It’s not immediately clear what Boon does/offers
We get into specifics before addressing the broad strokes
Not clear what makes Boon better than the other solutions available

AI plugins in recruitment to reduce bias in hiring processes and attract diverse candidates.
Technologies to automate and streamline the onboarding process to reduce administrative burdens.
