Don't have time / not the right time

While these two sound the same, they can be quite different. “Don’t have the time” typically means the person is more closed off to the idea, while “not the right time” can mean that they’re more receptive but have other priorities on their plate.

Migrating to a different ATS

Have they picked the ATS already? If not, we would be happy to offer some recommendations.
This can be a great excuse for scheduling a call to learn more about their needs
If they have already picked ATS:
Let them know that we integrate with their ATS and most HRIS and payroll solutions
Ask when would be a good time to reconnect

Not doing enough hiring

Highlight how the best talent isn’t on job boards — they’re passive (not actively looking)
How are they engaging talent currently? How has that been performing
Job boards can’t engage passive talent.
