1. ICEBREAKER ACTIVITY - AT START OF EVENT

Purpose is people get to move around the room and get to meet each other and talk a little strangers as they find their partners.

Playing Cards (or probably something connected to photography)

Give each person a playing card when they enter the room. Use multiple decks if need be.

Have attendees find people with the same number card.

Then, they must bring everyone in their suit together.

Once they do this, give them a question to discuss.

Eg. "What's the most important aspect of wedding photography to you and why? Is it composition, lighting, subject matter, or something else entirely?" People can discuss on this question.

And this can tie/lead to the beginning of the event or the start of the workshop content, that is answered or addressed or elaborated by the speaker

2. AFTER LUNCH, FASTEST FINGERS FIRST GAME

Countdown timer game, time 10 min, 5-10 questions, mc will be conducting the event

The purpose of this game is to recap what was taught in the first session by the expert. The questions can be tweaked based on the topics of the first session.

- A question can be on the screen also projected on the background. A countdown timer of 10 seconds to answer each question. People play the game on their phone. People select answers on their phone.

The idea behind countdown timer is the faster a person gives the response the more points they get. At the end the top 3 winners are given some goodies. After this the audience breaks for lunch.

4. AT END OF EVENT, GROUP PHOTO

idea 1 - Give people a placard, and make people write their takeaway from the event in 1 word. And then take a photo with everyone

idea 2 - A top shot can be taken and people can be arranged on the floor or lawn and can be arranged as CANON brand

ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITIES

1. SPIN THE WHEEL BOOTH

Make the circular wheel around the booth as a camera lens.

⁠

Create a spinning wheel

When attendees approach your booth, invite them to spin the wheel and answer a question related to the category that the wheel lands on. If they answer the question correctly, they could win a prize or discount on your products or services.

7. Mount

Create trivia questions related to each category. For example, "What type of lighting for wedding photography?

Have someone at your booth to manage the game and give out prizes.
